Einakróna is an Icelandic indie folk band that was originally the pseudonym of Björk Magnúsdóttir but over time grew into a five piece band, elevating the music to a deeper and more ambitious level. In February the band released their debut album Rembihnútar (tight knots), an exploration of repeated personal experiences, desire to fix relationships that aren’t meant to be fixed, sadness, loss and change. Going forward the band seeks to find new meaning in playing truly personal music to the masses while also having fun doing it.
