Reykjavík-based alter ego/band Juno Paul has been gaining attention in Iceland’s grassroots music scene in recent years. Their music is described as “Galaxy Exploding Rock Music,” blending guitar riffs, drums, and 8-bit video game sounds. The result is energetic, slightly chaotic songs with heartfelt lyrics.
