After over 150 performances in just 3 years, Mar Pujol begins a new chapter with the release of her second album, D’aquesta aigua no en beuré (Hidden Track Records, 2026), due out in October. The project arrives firmly established, following the 2025 Enderrock Critics’ Award for Best Singer-Songwriter Album, the 2024 Altaveu Award, and the 2022 Lluçanès Rural Innovation Award. If Cançons de Rebost opened a space for pause and contemplation, this new work embraces contradiction as its driving force: a definitive statement that unravels itself, a provocation that questions certainty. Somewhere between acceptance and rebellion against imperfection, these new songs inhabit that uncomfortable yet fertile place where nothing is ever completely fixed. Joined by cellist Bruna González, the live performance expands its sonic landscape with delicacy and depth, offering an experience that invites audiences to slow down, listen, and be moved by what is constantly changing.
